Goodbye Make Up Cleansing Oil

I’ve tried a lot of cleansing balms and oil cleansers over the years with various formulations in hopes of finding "the one". Finally, the BOM delivers... it rinses my skin clean without leaving that oily/greasy feeling behind. This oil cleanser ended up being a really nice surprise for me.It starts out as an oil that easily melted my makeup, then emulsifies quickly in water, to rinse off clean. My skin feels silky and clean afterward, not stripped or greasy. It removes makeup really well in one step, including mascara, brow gel, brow products and concealer, which I use regularly.Skincare is very personal, and what works for my skin may not work the same for someone else, but this formula worked well for me.I also really appreciate that it’s unscented. Fragrance can be irritating for me and I didn’t notice any scent at all, even through all the botanical oils. My under-eye area is sensitive. More like seriously thin-skinned and fragile. Unlike the balm cleanser I was using right before this one, BOM didn't leave my under-eyes looking increasingly drier or wrinkly afterwards. Big Win! My face and neck felt comfortable and hydrated.The bottle is a good size (6.76 oz) and the pump makes it convenient and easy to control how much product you use. I’ve found myself reaching for this oil, over my other cleansers. I'm really ecstatic I found what works for my mature skin. Now I'm trying to decide which BOM product to experience next.

I tried this cleansing oil on a whim and was pretty impressed with how easily it took off everything from foundation to waterproof mascara without any scrubbing. It’s got a soft, runny texture that turns creamy once you mix in a little water, and I love how it just melts through makeup. The pump is easy to use and the formula feels gentle enough for my skin, even when it’s being sensitive. It doesn’t sting or irritate at all, which is a big deal for me.That said, it does take a little extra rinsing to feel fully clean since this is so oily. I usually follow it up with a second wash just because I prefer that totally fresh feeling, but it leaves my skin feeling calm and not stripped. The scent is light and pleasant, and while it’s a bit pricier than some other K-beauty cleansers I’ve tried, it performs beautifully. If you like a thorough cleanse without the tugging or irritation, this one does the job really well.

Really nice! It's super easy to use and the applicator is great. Nice consistency and non irritating to my combination and sensitive skin. The scent was not an issue for me and it's a decent thickness and gentle on my skin.

This is pretty typical cleansing oil out of the various K beauty cleansing oils. It's runny and once you add some water to it, it emulsifies and becomes creamy. I like to put it on a dry face and let it melt all of my makeup away. It was great at removing waterproof mascara which is my test for how effectively it melts the rest of my makeup. I do wash it off with warm water and followup with a cream cleanser because I don't like the feel of oil cleansers as it feels like there's still something left on my face. Does a great job washing away sunscreen, foundation and mascara. This formulation is meant for sensitive skins which I don't have so I'm assuming this is even more gentle than the ones I've used in the past.

My teenager is an avid makeup user and also has oily skin that is sensitive to being too dried out. She likes this product for make up removal at the end of the day. Other products tend to dry out her skin and cause irritation. This one cleans her skin without drying, and is not abrasive. It also does not have a strong scent which she is also sensitive to. For the price, this was a good find for us and works well with her skin type.
