Peptide Power Toner

The toner came in perfect condition and was well-sealed (with a stopper under the cap) with no leaks or oozing. The cap closes securely but isn't difficult to remove. It has a flow restrictor that works well to dispense just a little at a time (which is all that's needed). It's easy to spread and absorbs very quickly. It feels more like a serum than a toner. The gold flecks are evenly spread throughout. My skin felt soft and smooth afterward.

This is good for sensitive skin. It feels slightly silky and it's calming. I usually don't like to use peptides before my actives. I try to use this on a day where I"m not going to use something acidic that will just destroy the peptides. If you have sensitive skin this is fragrance free and a nice option. It looks fancy and cool in the bottle, so if you want an aesthetic toner, this is a good one.
